CHANGES AND RETURNS

SPAIN (Peninsula)

If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

ONLINE CHANGES

You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge. To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@unpradorosa.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. In this order you have received a new bag/envelope from the courier company. Fill in the details of the sender (your details) and the recipient (unpradorosa, Avenida Concha Espina 14, 28036 Madrid) in this envelope/bag, insert the packaging box in which you received your order, incorporating the garment in it.
  3. We will send you a courier from the courier company or from our organization to pick up the order to change and deliver the new order.
  4. If you have a preferred changeover time, please let us know by email.
  5. Exchange without commissions, totally free.

unpradorosa reserves the right not to admit more than one change for free for each order made by the customer.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

Changes of garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed.

ONLINE RETURNS

To return your order, follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@unpradorosa.com indicating that you want to return your order.
  2. Introduce the garment in the packaging box and this in the bag of the courier company in which you received it, closing the bag in such a way that it cannot be manipulated by third parties (for example with adhesive tape). Fill in a piece of paper with the details of the sender (your details) and those of the recipient (unpradorosa, Avenida Concha Espina 14, 28036 Madrid) and affix this piece of paper to the bag.
  3. We will send you a courier either from the courier company or from our organization to pick up the order to be returned.
  4. If you have a preferred time to collect the return, please let us know by email.

COSTS
No costs.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
unpradorosa will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

INTERNATIONAL (Includes Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To make a change in size, model or color you must return the order/item you want to change and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@unpradorosa.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. Send us the garments you want to return with the courier company of your choice to: unpradorosa, Avenida Concha Espina 14, 28036 Madrid, Spain.
  3. Buy the product for which you want to change your order through our website.

Changes and returns of garments made to order or with arrangements are not allowed.
Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a speedy journey through any customs office through which can happen. Not indicating this information can cause a delay in the return and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
