CHANGES AND RETURNS
SPAIN (Peninsula)
If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
ONLINE CHANGES
To make a change, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to info@unpradorosa.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
- In the bag that you received or any other, insert the packaging box in which you received your order, incorporating the garment(s) in it, closing the bag in such a way that its interior is not manipulated. Write in this bag the data of the sender (your data) and the recipient (unpradorosa, Avenida Concha Espina 14, 28036 Madrid).
- We will send you a courier from the courier company or from our organization to pick up the order to change and deliver the new order.
- If you have a preferred changeover time, please let us know by email.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.
Changes of garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed.
ONLINE RETURNS
To return your order, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to info@unpradorosa.com indicating that you want to return your order.
- In the bag in which you received the order or any other, insert the packaging box incorporating the garment(s) in it, closing the bag in such a way that its interior is not manipulated. Write in this bag the data of the sender (your data) and the recipient (unpradorosa, Avenida Concha Espina 14, 28036 Madrid).
- We will send you a courier either from the courier company or from our organization to pick up the order to be returned.
- If you have a preferred time to collect the return, please let us know by email.
COSTS OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (Peninsula)
As a consequence of the increase in courier costs, unpradorosa will charge an amount of 6.5 euros for each change or return. This amount will be increased by the price of the new garment (exchange) or the amount to be refunded to the customer (refund). If desired, the customer may hire the courier service on their own to carry out any of these services.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
unpradorosa will proceed to refund the amount paid, minus the cost of the return, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL (Includes Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To make a change in size, model or color you must return the order/item you want to change and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to info@unpradorosa.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
- Send us the garments you want to return with the courier company of your choice to: unpradorosa, Avenida Concha Espina 14, 28036 Madrid, Spain.
- Buy the product for which you want to change your order through our website.
Changes and returns of garments made to order or with arrangements are not allowed.
Please, remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a quick passage through any customs office through which can happen. Not indicating this information can cause a delay in the return and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
COSTS
